Ivy Pedals Metal Meteor is an analog metal distortion with a variety of tonal options and control over most of the circuit's parameters. With two types of filters, two gain knobs, a clipping diode selector, and the enigmatic filter switch. Ivy Pedals is proud to present our first metal distortion in the form of the Metal Meteor.

Metal Meteor Controls:

GAIN A: soft-clipping amplifier gain

GAIN B: hard-clipping amplifier gain, affected by the Clip Switch

TONE A: bass cut/boost, high pass

TONE B: active LPF affected by Tone Switch

VOLUME: output volume level

Tone Switch (B): 3-position switch, HOT/MILD (up/down) create a 2-pole filter with resonance, and the middle position creates a basic 1-pole LP filter like a normal tone knob

Clip Switch: even (2x 1N914) or odd (1N4148/1N4007)

Ruated for 9v-18v DC center-negative power input, features true-bypass switching, a violet indicator LED, and black I/O hardware in a vintage brown enclosure.
