HPF-2 by Ivy Pedals is a high-pass filter guitar effects pedal with independent frequency, resonance, and gain controls. The HPF-2 has a max gain of ~2, frequency sweeps between ~26 Hz and ~23 kHz, with incredibly high Q values available at the upper end of the frequency cutoff. Keep the Resonance knob between 0 and 2 for a flat response, and turn that knob up for razor sharp peaks at the cutoff frequency. Filter has two poles, and steeper cutoff slopes can be achieved by adjusting the resonance knob.
This is a more obscure filter design that performs well in a wide variety of settings with nearly any instrument input. This is meant to be a high quality basic synth-style filter for your pedalboard.
